Savoy Cabbage Salad
Savoy and napa cabbage each have a more delicate taste and texture than green cabbage and they offer a refreshing change of pace.

Ingredients
- 8 cups thinly sliced Savoy or napa (Chinese) cabbage
- 1/3 cup sliced pitted kalamata olives
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
- Combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle with oil and juice, and toss. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss well.
