Ingredients

8 cups thinly sliced Savoy or napa (Chinese) cabbage
1/3 cup sliced pitted kalamata olives
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle with oil and juice, and toss. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss well.
