    My husband loved this meal and he is very picky! I wouldn't change a thing about this recipe!

    Wonderful dish. We had no couscous so we browned the chicken in a sauté pan, sautéed the zucchini, took every thing out and deglazed the pan with the liquid, reduced the sauce and finished it with a little butter. Tr y it!
