  • 1 medium zucchini, quartered lengthwise and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup refrigerated prechopped tricolor bell pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add zucchini and remaining ingredients; sauté 7 minutes.
