Ingredients

  • 2 (10-oz.) bags fresh spinach, thoroughly washed
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Preparation

  1. 1. Sauté spinach and next 3 ingredients in hot oil in a large nonstick Dutch oven over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly wilted.
