Makes 8 to 10 servings
2 (10-oz.) bags fresh spinach, thoroughly washed
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil
1. Sauté spinach and next 3 ingredients in hot oil in a large nonstick Dutch oven over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly wilted.
