1 (5-ounce) package fresh baby spinach
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar


Combine spinach and oil in a large nonstick skillet. Cook over medium heat 2 minutes or until wilted. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and vinegar.
