Off the chart! Just made this for dinner tonight and it was simple yet divine. Used grey sole which, other than curling a bit in the pan, showcased the flavors beautifully. Definite keeper and would not hesitate to make for company.

Excellent flavor - very easy to make!! Easy enough to make for a quick weeknight dinner but tasty/fancy enough to serve to company. Used haddock as it was on sale this week.

I CANNOT BELIEVE SOMETHING SO SIMPLE COULD BE SO DELICIOUS. I USED NICE THICK TILAPIA LOINS FROM COSTCO AND FOLLOWED THE RECIPE TO A "T". I'M THROWING AWAY MY PICATTA RECIPE AND USING THIS ONE FROM NOW ON.

This was delicious and so easy! I could not get sole so I used tilapia and it was great. The whole family enjoyed it. One thing I did do was cook it in a 14 inch pan so when it came time to make the sauce it was too hard to spread it on the fish. Will definitely make this again!

I made this with flounder and served with polenta and green beans. It was easy to make, the sauce only took a few minutes. My boyfriend didn't want the sauce on the fish at first b/c he's such a picky eater but once he tried it, he loved it. He said it was one of his favorites so far.

This was a quick, delicious family meal! The caper and butter sauce was the perfect addition to the fish. I added in a little extra capers for some extra flavor. Served the fish with parmesan couscous and broccoli. It was a hit!

I omitted the capers, since my husband doesn't like them. As a result, I think this ended up just being ok, but not stellar. I'll probably make it again with the capers, when he is out of town.

Another fish to substitute: try SWAI from Walmart Substitute chicken broth for 1/2 of the butter. Serve with Steamed asparagus and Wild rice and pea pilaf: (for 8 servings) 4.5 c chicken broth 1.5 c whole grain and wild rice blend 2 bay leaves 1/8 tsp nutmeg 2T majoram 1 1/2 c onions chopped 1 1/2 celery with leaves chopped 1 bunch collard greens with steams removed and thinly sliced 12 oz of fresh english peas (From Sam's club) Cook rice in broth with spiced in a rice cooker. Sautee onions in a small amount of olive oil. Add greens and cook until tender. Boil peas 4-5 minutes until tender. Drain and add greens and peas to fluffed rice. Serve 1 cup of pilaf topped with asparagus spears placed parallel on the pilaf. Lay fish crosswise over asparagus and spoon sauce over fish.

I've made this a countless number of times since I saw it in the magazine - big hit with everyone! I don't have any but great things to say for this recipe! A definite winner with me :)

I used orange roughy and it was excellent. Even the wife liked it and she is not a fish fan. Gave it 4 stars because it blow my socks off, but it will be added to my recipe rotation.

This was, in a word, AMAZING. It was so light and simple yet rich and delicious. I couldn't find sole at my local store, but they had swai (which I had never heard of before). I gave it a try and it was perfect for this recipe.

Easy and healthy way to prepare fish. I made 3 pieces of sole for 2 people because the fish was small and thin. Filets broke apart in the pan but still looked and tasted good.

Made it last night and my whole family, even my 3 year old ate it. I used salmon (our go to fish).

I made this for my husband and I and it has excellent flavor and is so quick and easy. My fillets fell apart but having read reviews, I was okay with that. I would definitely serve this to company even though it is last minute.

Delicious, the capers and lemon juice gives great flavo!.. I made risotto alla parmiggiana and steamed garlic broccoli as side dishes. My 3 year old loved IT!
