To accompany the fish and salsa, toss fresh salad greens with a mixture of salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar (to taste).
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add fish; cook 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Place 1 cup salad greens (prepared as described above) on each plate. Serve with Gazpacho Salsa topped with fish.
