Ingredients
- 2 (12-oz.) packages frozen steam-in-bag whole green beans
- 2 shallots, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup grape tomato halves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Prepare green beans according to package directions. Sauté shallots in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in balsamic vinegar, green beans, and grape tomato halves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste; sauté 2 more minutes.
