  • 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper


  1. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium- high heat. Add tomatoes; sauté 2 minutes. Sprinkle tomatoes with cumin, chili powder, salt, and crushed red pepper; toss gently.
