Very good recipe! I used cabbage that was already shredded and in a bag, so it was super easy to do. My husband loved the cabbage and corn saute, but my kids weren't crazy about it. It's a great family dinner to have, but I wouldn't recommend it for a special occasion.

My family has made this for decades and call it "Fried Cabbage". We use kielbasa instead of italian sausage, and no corn. The corn sounds like a great idea, will try that next time.

Great fall flavors...could vary the taste by varying the sausage you used. Tasty!
