Sausage and Vegetable Deep-Dish Pizza

    I'd planned on using prepared refrigerated pizza dough, but right next to the regular yeast, I found "pizza" yeast (no rising time required). I subbed 1/2 cup of the white flour for whole wheat. It came together quickly and the family loved it.

    The dough recipe is awful. I thought I had messed it up the first time as it was entirely to sticky and loose. Nope. I did it a second time and it could literally pour into the pan. You must DOUBLE the amount of flour that you use. Next time I'll just use refrigerated dough.

    This is a wonderful recipe. I love that it has all the veggies and my kids don't notice due to the sauce and cheese. Delicious every time.
