Sausage & Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 7 large potatoes
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 8-10 Italian sausage
  • buter or margarine
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Butter baking dish. Layer in dish potatoes, onions and bell peppers. Place raw sausage on top in a single layer. Cover with foil and place in preheated 375 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes to brown.
