Family loved it, some peppers left over - I used 3 peppers in total. Next time will reduce amount of pepper.

I rated 4, but I wouldn't serve it for a special occasion - but it is a 4 because it is realy good and really simple. I used hot Italian sausage, added 1 small onion into the peppers mix, and omitted the garlic because I used Emereil's Roasted Garlic pasta sauce. I didn't mix the mozzarella into the pan, but instead put it on the individual dishes, and ignored the additional parmesan. This is a really good dish, but I may mix sweet and hot Italian sausage next time since husband thought this dish was "hot".

Enjoyed this recipe. I did reduce the green pepper to 1 cup because I just felt it had too much bell pepper overall. Turned out great and I would make it again. Had salad with it.

This is a real crowd-pleaser. Simple, delicious, easy. Great for ball game watching parties. I use a variety of peppers and sometimes splurge on Fresh Market Italian regular sausage, but the lighter version is still very good.

Good & very simple. I've also tried adding a can of tomato sauce or second jar of pasta sauce, simmer additional 20-30 minutes to intensify tomato flavors.
