Stir-fry the following in 3 TB butter until crisp-tender:
1/4 c. each, chopped onion and green pepper
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 cups fresh veggies (broccoli, peas, carrots, etc.)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
Add 1 lb. HIllshire or similar sausage, cut into bite-sized peices
Heat through. Stir in 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Serve over buttered pasta with additional cheese
