- 9 ounce(s) Salt - regular
- 1 ounce(s) Black pepper - coarse
- 1/4 ounce(s) Sage
- 2 ounce(s) Sugar
- 1/2 ounce(s) Red pepper flakes
- 1 ounce(s) Garlic powder
- Mix all seasoning ingredients together. Mix seasoning well into the ground meat.
- May want to fry a small portion to taste. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Package. Usually 1 or 1 1/2 lb. package.
