Ingredients

  • 9 ounce(s) Salt - regular
  • 1 ounce(s) Black pepper - coarse
  • 1/4 ounce(s) Sage
  • 2 ounce(s) Sugar
  • 1/2 ounce(s) Red pepper flakes
  • 1 ounce(s) Garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all seasoning ingredients together. Mix seasoning well into the ground meat.
  2. May want to fry a small portion to taste. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

  3. Package. Usually 1 or 1 1/2 lb. package.
