Sausage Gravy for Biscuits
- 12 ounce(s) pork sausage
- 1-1 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- milk to desired thickness
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Cook sausage until no pink remains. Finely crumble if you don't like large chunks of sausage. Add flour; stir flour through the grease and sausage. Add milk to just cover the sausage. Stir until the milk starts to thicken. If it becomes too thick, add more milk and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
