- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
How to Make It
Combine egg and water in a small mixing bowl; mix well
Cut sausage into twelve patties. Dip each pattie in egg mixture, coating well; dredge in corn flake crumbs.
Cook patties in a large skillet over low heat, turning frequently, until browned and thoroughly cooked. Serve hot.
