An easy dish for a hearty everday meal. I used ground turkey instead of sausage and added 2 chipotle peppers, chopped, and a small can of diced green chiles. I wrapped the meat/bean mixture in jalapeno-flavored whole wheat tortillas. Before I placed in the oven, I spread jarred salsa across the top of the rolled burritos and sprinkled with a mix of sharp and cheddar cheese and baked 11 minutes until the cheese was melted.
