- 1 pound(s) Country sausage Cooked, drained and crumbled
- 1/2 loaf(s) Hawaiian round bread Sliced 1" thick
- 6 Eggs Beaten
- 1 cup(s) Milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 ounce(s) Colby jack cheese
- Preheat oven to 350, grease a 9x9 baking dish. Arrange bread over bottom of dish. Whisk eggs and milk in mixing bowl until well blended. Season with salt and pepper. Pour 1/2 egg mixture over bread. Sprinkle with 1/2 sausage and 1/2 cheese. Add remaining egg mixture, sprinkle with remaining sausage and cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes or until eggs are set and top is golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Recipe can be doubled.
