Sauerkraut Relish

Yield 4 cups


  • 1 ( 16-ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 (2-ounce) jar chopped pimientos, drained
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cider vinegar

How to Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and toss until well blended. Cover tightly, and refrigerate at least 24 hours.
