I made this for a pie tasting. The recipe was easy follow. I did use satsuma oranges, but you could easily substitute regular oranges. The vanilla in the meringue adds a nice touch. The orange flavor is mild. The consistency is more like a lemon square than lemon meringue pie. The finished product was tasty and had a nice presentation.
