Satay (Grilled Skewers)

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    Seriously good. I didn't have everything so had to do some subs - Ginger for Galangal, Fish Sauce for the Bacanal (shrimp paste), omitted the candlenuts but this still came out amazing with tons of flavor. This is the first satay I've ever had where the meat outshined the peanut sauce (which was also really yummy). Goes into my Outstanding file for sure.
