Satan's Smoky Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 small, ripe avocados, halved and pitted
  • 2/3 cup onion, chopped
  • 2/3 cup packed fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, seeded and finely chopped, plus 1 Tbsp. adobo sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Scoop avocado flesh into bowl and mash with fork.

Stir in remaining ingredients.
