Saté Burgers

This was very good, both my husband and 6 year old liked it, although they were a bit on the dry side. Very flavorful, will make again.

We LOVE these burgers!! The flavors are OUTSTANDING! Company-worthy! In fact, I am here to print a copy of this recipe for a neighbor and my husband has already shared this recipe with a co-worker. We LOVE several of the burger recipes from "A world of burgers" in the August 2007 issue. These recipes make "Burger Night" a treat in our house for parents and kids alike! Paired with baked steak fries, we're a happy HEALTHY family!

I have to agree with reviewer, "abndgrrl," the burgers were flavorful, but a little dry. I did use the leaner ground pork; this could be the reason for the dry factor.
