Sassy Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and diced (about 5 cups)
3/4 cup chopped cilantro
3/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 to 1/3 cup NAKANO Seasoned Rice Vinegar Original
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or 2 jalapenos seeded and minced

Preparation

Combine ingredients in a colorful, medium-size serving bowl. Serve with grilled seafood, chicken, pork, steak, ribs, hamburgers or sausages. Or serve as an appetizer with large tortilla chips
