    Delicious and super easy to make, but I agree with the reviewer who thought it was extremely tart, even with very ripe plums. I made it with half plums and half peaches and thought it was perfect, but my husband still thought it was too tart. Am going to try it next time with just peaches. I also used a splash of OJ in with the plum mixture rather than the zest.
