Ingredients

  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons grated fresh onion
  • 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles, un-drained
  • 1 (1.1-ounce) package fiesta ranch-style dip mix (such as Hidden Valley)
  • 1 (8.75-ounce) can whole-kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin
  • 1/4 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray

How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; crumble beef over vegetable mixture. Add breadcrumbs, and stir until well blended.

  3. Shape beef mixture into an 8 x 4-inch loaf on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until a thermometer registers 160°. Cool 5 minutes.
