    Amazing! Easy and so, so delicious. Did this as a Thanksgiving side dish as corn puddings are traditional in my family. Used frozen corn that I let partially thaw. I think if you use frozen corn it will add to the cooking time though. It also made the pureeing step a little awkward because it just made little frozen pieces rather than a puree. I just tried to make sure there were only a few whole kernels left. Might be worth it to thaw the kernels that are going to get puréed. Still turned out amazing, though! The cheesy crusty layer on top is to die for. Do not hesitate to try this.
