Salted Pecans

Yield 2 cups


  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups pecan halves

How to Make It

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet; add salt and stir well. Add enough pecans to form a single layer in skillet. Cook over low heat until pecans are lightly browned. Drain on paper towels. Repeat browning procedure with remaining pecans.
