Absolutely delicious! My husband, who claims he does not like sweets, has eaten half the batch. The caramel pecan flavor is wonderful with the salt. The receipe is so easy and fairly cheap to make. Perfect for giving away.

I agree with the other reviews. These are simple and delicious. If you are looking for something a little different, give this recipe a try.

I used the semi-sweet dark chocholate and took to the office. They were gone in 20 minutes. Fantastic!

I made these for this past Thanksgiving and Christmas and have since had serveral requests for them again. They are so easy and oh so tasty. I don't really bake so these stood in for a pecan pie

I included these in my holiday cookie boxes, and they are definitely the biggest hit. They are full of flavor, simple to make and add a nice texture and shape to a collection of cookies. I highly recommend.

I used 13 graham crackers, to fill up the last bit of pan. Very buttery flavorful cookies (they're so thin it's weird to call them "bars"). Disappeared off a platter at a reception--fastest of all the cookies there! Quick, easy, tasty...what more could you want from a cookie/candy/sweet? I may add a bit more salt next time and am eager to try the variation with chocolate.

These were such a hit at my family gathering last year. This year I will make as gifts!

These were so good. Nobody could stop eating them. But...they stayed soft. There was no breaking them apart. What might I have done wrong?

These are so so good. I omitted the pecans because I didnt have any and used chocolate chips as suggested. They were very easy and delicious!

These are very good, however I prefer a similar version I've made for years using saltine crackers as the base.

oh my!! these are awesome! everyone went nuts!!! i made both versions, original and with chocolate topping. (used semi-sweet chips but will use dark choc next time) toasted pecans ahead of time. after trying to cut the originals with scissors and not really doing justice (were still sorta gooey) i put the choc ones in the freezer for about 15 min. the foil backing peeled off in 1 piece and i cut them with a knife in perfect pieces on a cutting board. kept all in refrigerator until my event. def a keeper! some also commented they tasted like pecan pie.. very easy to make.

I made as is and couldn't stop eating them!! So easy and had all the ingredients on hand. A definite repeat.
