For a quick and dirty turkey recipe, this is really easy and delicious. I bought a turkey for thxgiving and left it in the fridge instead of freezer so I pretty much had to cook it today. I just prepped and left in the oven for 3.5 hours. It was fully done by then with crispy golden skin. No brining, no basting...just prep and bake. Too easy!
