Salt-and-Pepper Crackers

    I really enjoyed these crackers. The recipe is pretty simple. The most challenging part is rolling out the dough paper thin without it sticking to the counter top. Make sure to put a lot of flour down and flour your rolling pin. I served these with homemade hummus. There is no reason to buy store bought crackers again!

    Since I don't have a rolling pin, I just spread half the dough onto a baking sheet lined with greased foil and pressed it thin to the edges. They came out like pita chips. Good enough for dipping!

    Pretty good, but next time I'll use less salt.
