Salsa Verde
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped purple onion
- 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 (11-ounce) cans tomatillos, drained
Preparation
- Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add all ingredients. Process until finely chopped.
