Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped purple onion
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 (11-ounce) cans tomatillos, drained

Preparation

  1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add all ingredients. Process until finely chopped.
