Salsa Verde

1/2 cup coarsely chopped purple onion
1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 (11-ounce) cans tomatillos, drained


Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add all ingredients. Process until finely chopped.
