Salsa

This salsa is proof that all you need are a few simple fresh ingredients to make a winning recipe. Be sure to give the salsa time to sit so all the delicious flavors can marry together.

  • Yield: Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 yellow or orange tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1 small white onion, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of cayenne pepper

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl. Toss to combine. Spoon into a serving dish and set aside for 15 minutes to blend flavors.
