Ingredients

  • 2 yellow or orange tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1 small white onion, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

  • Dash of cayenne pepper

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl. Toss to combine. Spoon into a serving dish and set aside for 15 minutes to blend flavors.
