Salsa
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 plum tomatoes, quartered and seeded
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and sliced
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
Preparation
- Process first 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Stir in cilantro. Chill until ready to serve.
