Salmon with Orange Marmalade

Salmon with Orange Marmalade

"When I ran out of orange juice, I substituted marmalade in a broiled salmon recipe I've been making for years. It turned out to be the best salmon I ever had." -Gail Sheriff, Fairfield, CT

Cooking Light OCTOBER 2004

  • Yield: 4 servings (serving size: about 4 1/2 ounces)

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (1 1/2-pound) salmon fillet
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
