Ingredients
- Boneless Salmon fillet
- Spicy Brown Mustard
- Feta Cheese
- Salt & Pepper
- Fresh Dill
Preparation
- Place salmon fillet on tin foil in baking pan. Spread mustard generously on top and cover with feta cheese. Tent the foil to enclose the salmon and bake at 350 for approximately 40 minutes. Serve with lemon slices.
