  • 4 teaspoon(s) capers
  • 1 pound(s) fresh green beans
  • 8 slice(s) lemon zest
  • 4 teaspoon(s) olive oil
  • 24 ounce(s) Salmon
  • 4 pinch(s) salt & pepper


  1. place 6 oz salmon piece on individual parchment paper, cover with (1/4 portion each) green beans, lemon zest, capers, olive oil, and salt & peper. Twist parchment paper like a tootsie roll. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 20 minutes. Parchment paper will poof & brown salmon should be done
