This recipe is OUTSTANDING! I have made it on numerous special occasions and it has become a highly requested dish. I make the dish exactly as is. I use it as an additional entree for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and New Year family dinners, etc. I prepare two salmon fillets and serve regular staples and it always disappears prior to the turkey, ham, prime rib, and/or leg of lamb. The presentation is beautiful in the banana leaf and the flavor is EXCELLENT! THANK YOU! It's a definite keeper.
