I'm not a huge salmon fan, but this recipe is the best. My 9 year old loves it. Even my very picky six yr old tolerates it, and I HAVE served it to company. Hard to mess this one up. Just get good fish.

- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
