This is my favorite new recipe! It is very tastey and far from the normal weeknight meal. I doubled the marinade. Served with rice and snow peas.

Super easy and really tasty! Mine was not overdone at all, but I kept it on the middle shelf when I broiled it. I also served it with a packaged quinoa and a side salad! Will definitely make again.

Very good easy recipe. I combined the glaze mix in a small sauce pan to make it easier to brush on the filets. I set my broiler on "low" - not taking out of the oven as recommended in the recipe and broiled x 6 minutes. It was probably done after this and it really didn't need the second broil. I'd recommend checking it closely at this point. It was just a bit over cooked and this would be oven/broiler dependent. I'll just adjust next time because it is a very good recipe. Served with a prepackaged quinoa asian style side and spinach walnut bleu-cheese pear salad. Nice healthy meal!

I used this recipe with tilapia because that is what I had on hand. It turned out delicious.

Easy and delicious... The cooking times worked perfectly for me and yielded yummy salmon with nice caramelization from the marinade.

Amazing! Made it for a family dinner (with the suggested pine-nut quinoa) and everyone raved about it, including my 6-year-old. The only problem was that there weren't any leftovers. ;)

We eat a lot of salmon and I was told this was the best recipe I'd made. Super easy. Did not add any salt. I broiled it on the Center rack

This was amazing and so simple. Swapped out apricot preserves for the orange marmalade and it was still excellent! Tastes like it's been marinating all day. Made with the quinoa and toasted pine nuts and radish and snap pea saute. Flavors married so well! Love Cooking Light!

Really good and super easy. I would totally make it for guests. The soba noodle salad was a great accompaniment. Adding to our regular rotation.

So easy and flavorful! I almost never give five stars but am on this recipe due to the ease and taste. I also doubled the sauce and served on the side with rice and a salad. Wonderful weeknight dish.

Really delicious and so easy to make. I'm not a huge fan of salmon but I had two helpings of this!!

Yes, tasty but not spectacular. The easy part makes up for not being spectacular.

This is a super simple and delicious meal that can be made during the week or for guests. I prepared everything and had my husband cook it; he followed the instructions exactly. Served it with roasted asparagus (it cooked during the last 3 minutes with the salmon) and couscous.

This was a last minute choice because I had all the ingredients. But, I was impressed with how quick it was and that it produced such a tasty piece of fish. Prep was all of about 5 minutes, the cooking was quick, and the glaze was truly delicious. I've already shared it with a few of my friends. This is a great choice when you want to eat something healthy that tastes like it took a lot longer! Will definitely be adding this to the weeknight rotation!
