Salmon Pâté
Generally, a pâté (an elegant, seasoned ground meat spread) will be a good low-carb appetizer choice, but traditional ones are typically high in fat. This one is low-fat because it uses salmon and fat-free cream cheese instead of high-fat meat and cheese.
