Ingredients
- 2 can(s) Red Salmon stirred till broken up
- 2 eggs stirred
- approx 10 cracker crumbs mixed till right consistency
Preparation
- Open cans of Salmon and gently break apart and remove bones. Then add along with some of the broth to bowl with the eggs and mix together. Add cracker crumbs until dry enough to form into 3"-4" salmon patties. Heat oil in pan and add salmon patties and fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve with Sweet Rice and Mashed potatoes. Each bite should consist of all three menu items or if you want to eat it like Grandpa Raymond Warner, you mix all three together on your plate and eat it like that.
