Ingredients

  • pinch sugar
  • Gelatine
  • 1/2 cup(s) whipping cream
  • 6 slice(s) smoked salmon

Preparation

Mix grated horseradish, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Dissolve gelatine and add. Fold in whipping cream. Roll salmon slices into cones and fill with mixture. Put in refrigerator to harden.
