- 2 tablespoon(s) horseradish
- 1 tablespoon(s) vinegar
- pinch sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) whipping cream
- 6 slice(s) smoked salmon
- Mix grated horseradish, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Dissolve gelatine and add. Fold in whipping cream. Roll salmon slices into cones and fill with mixture. Put in refrigerator to harden.
