Salad with mandarin oranges and avocados

Ingredients

  • 1 bag(s) Italian blend lettuce lg
  • 1/2 cup(s) slivered almonds
  • 2 can(s) mandarin oranges drained
  • 1 cup(s) red grapes sliced
  • 2 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) cider vinegar
  • 1 clove(s) garlic chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chives minced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) soy sauce

Preparation

Mix dressing from olive oil down and chill. Combine all and enjoy! Once again I only use 1/2 of the dressing
